卡维地洛对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能和QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的了解卡维地洛对充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能和QT离散度的作用。方法64例临床诊断为心力衰竭的患者在常规治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛。记录治疗前和治疗后1月、2月及6月超声心动图和12导联心电图。超声心动图分析心脏射血分数,心电图分析心率、QT离散度。结果治疗后6个月射血分数增加和心率的下降均差异有显著性(P<0.05),QT离散度具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛能显著改善心衰患者的心功能,并能有效地减小QT离散度。Aim To investigate the effect of carvedilol on left ventricular function and QT dispersion in congestive heart failure. Methods 64 patients with heart failure were treated with carvedilol in addition with conventional therapy. Twelve-lead rest electrocardiograms （ECG） and echocardiography were performed in all of patients at baseline and after 1,2 and 6 months of therapy. ECG were analysed for heart rate and QT dispersion. Echocardiography was performed for analysis of ejection fraction. Results After 6 months of therapy , the increasing of ejective fraction and decreasing of heart rate have significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Mean QT dispersion decreased from 428msec to 387msec （P 〈0.05） following therapy with carvedilol. Conclusion Catvedilol can be good to ventricular function and decrease QT dispersion effectively.
