左旋卡尼汀联用红细胞生成素对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察左旋卡尼汀与红细胞生成素(EPO)联用对维持性血液透析(HD)患者生活质量的影响。方法选择HD患者26例,随机分为A、B两组,各13例,每次透析结束后A组静脉注射左旋卡尼汀1g。B组除左旋卡尼汀外,每周给予EPO120U.kg-1,皮下注射,疗程10周。观察治疗前后患者临床症状及血液、生化指标等变化。结果两组精神状态、体力、食欲、透析中低血压等症状均有改善,B组改善更为明显。与A组比,B组的干体重及血浆蛋白升高(P<0.05)。血红蛋白、红血球压积变化差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论两药联用可改善HD患者的生活质量。Aim To investigate the influence on maintenance hemodialysis patients＇quality of life of integrating L-carnitine with erythropoietin（EPO）. Methods Twenty six maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups： A and B. in group A （n = 13）,lg of L-carnitine was infused to the patients at the end of each hemodialysis treatment. In group B（n=13 ）apart from L-carnitine, EPO （120 U·kg^-1, each week） was infused to the patients for ten weeks. The improvement of clinical symptom, blood and biochemistry target were observed separately. Results Both of them were improved in physical and mental status, appetite, intra-dialytic hypotension, and the group B was improved significantly. Net weight, hemoglobin, hemotocrit and serum albumin were rising,and the group B was rising significantly. Conclusion To integrate L-carnitine with EPO can improve maintenance hemodialysis patients＇ quality of life.
