摘 要:在对气粉两相流壅塞现象理论分析的基础上,选择金属铝粉、三氧化二铝粉、空心三氧化二铝粉、树脂作为固相,空气作为气相,通过气粉两相流的喷管流动实验,测定了不同粉剂不同固气比下的气粉两相流达到壅塞的临界压强比和表观音速。结果表明,表观临界压强比随固气比的增加而增加。粉剂的热容起主要作用,热容越大,表观临界压强比越大。粉剂的密度对表观临界压强比的影响很小。Based on the theoretical analysis of the choking phenomena of gas-powder flows,experiments in a horizontal constant cross-section duct are conducted with four kinds of powder:Al_2O_3,hollow Al_2O_3,Al and resin,all of which are of different densities,specific heat capacities and thermal conductivities,arriving at the relationship between the mass flow-rate and inlet stagnant pressures.Applying the choking principle,the apparent critical pressure ratio (ACPR) and apparent sonic velocity (ASV) of gas-powder flows are determined.The influences of the physical properties of powders on ACPR of gas-powder flows are obtained by the comparison between experimental results of different powders.ACPR decreases with the increase of solid/gas ratio.ACPR is mainly affected by the specific heat capacity of the powder and hardly affected by the density of the powder.
