后配额时代中美纺织品贸易浅析

摘　　要：从2005年1月1日取消了世界纺织品及服装贸易的所有配额,取消配额在给中美两国的纺织业及相关的利益集团带来积极的影响的同时,也带来了负面影响。为此,中美两国分别采取了限制措施和应对措施。本文提出了企业应该采取的积极对策以适应中美纺织品贸易新的发展趋势,同时利用古典囚徒博弈模型对此进行分析,以便利用博弈论的方法使政府可以有所作为,使双方在矛盾中达到双赢。From January 1st 2005, the quofa of textile and clothing products trade has been abolished completely, the abolishment of quota not only brings positive effect to China and America textile producers and relative interest group, but also negative effect to them, So the two countries may take restriction measures and correspondingly counteractions. This article puts forward the positive countermeasures which enterprises should take to fit the new development of China- America textile trade, meanwhile it analysis＇ s the question by using game method to let the government do something and make the two sides reach double - wins in the contradiction,
