摘　　要：文章从我国的国情及经济社会发展状况出发,质疑我国现行的就业思维,提出了新的就业思维,并对新的就业思维做制度表达。The paper oppugn current employment intellection of our conutry, from the condition of our country and development status of economic and society, set forth new employment intellection, and put over new employment intellection into regime.
