摘　　要：LC9锻环经探伤检验内部存在缺陷。对缺陷进行宏观组织和显微组织的观察及分析。结果表明,锻环圆锭毛坯中存在夹杂是导致LC9锻环内裂的原因。同时对形成夹杂的机理进行了阐述,并提出了防止铸锭产生夹杂的有效方法。Defects were found in side of LC 9 forged ring after detection. The macro- and micro - structure observations and analysis were carried out for the defects. The results show that the cause of interior cracks of LC9 forged ring is due to inclusions existed in the. billet of forged ring. The mechartism of inclusions caused was depicted, and the effective ways of preventing inclusions existed in ingot were put forward.
