摘　　要：在Lotus Domino平台上利用邮件数据库和Lotus Workflow虽然能创建复杂的工作流,但开发人员的工作量较大。为了能迅速地创建工作流应用程序并降低开发工作量,利用“作者”域和视图两类设计元素对数据库中的文档进行过滤,同时在表单中设置状态域,标示文档所处的活动,编程实现文档按状态域被路由到不同的评阅者,从而达到文档流动的目的。利用这种方法可以迅速开发比较简单的工作流应用程序,同时该方法的实现也相对简单,对其他工作流应用系统的开发具有一定参考价值。Although the developers can create complicated workflow application using Mail database and Lotus workflow tool on Lotus Domino platform, they have to pay more efforts. On Lotus platform, in order to create workflow application rapidly and decrease the workload of developers, the Author field and View are used in the design of form, to filtrate the documents in the database. Besides, in the design of form, a field is set to indicate which activity a document is on, and a series of codes are used for determining the next reader of the document according to the status of it. With this method, simple workflow application can be created rapidly. This method is expansible, easy to be implemented and can be reference to the development of other workflow applications.
