某医院药品收入下降影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析医院药品收入下降的原因。方法:应用可比价格比较及增量因素分析法对某医院门诊及住院药品收入下降的影响因素进行分析。结果:该院门诊药品收入下降的主要原因是人均药费下降;住院药品收入下降的主要原因是日均药费下降。医院实施的药品调控措施及药品集中招标采购导致的药品价格下降是药品费用下降的根本原因。在药品收入下降的同时医院的医疗收入明显上升。结论:医院的经济效益提高的同时病人的负担没有减轻。Objective： To analyze the factors to influence the reduction of drag income. Method： A comparable cost analysis and completely incremental factorial analysis were adopted to analyze the factors to influence the reduction of drug income, Result： The reduction of outpatients＇personal drug cost was the main influence factor. The reduction of inpatients＇ daily drug cost was the main influence factor of the reduction of inpatients＇drug cost. The fundamental reasons to reduce the drug expenditures were the di＇ug control made by the hospital and reduction of drug prices influenced by the drug bidding policy carried out by the hospital, The medication income increased obviously as the drug income decreased. Conclusion： The economic benefit increased in the hospital but the patients＇burden didn＇t decreased.
