肺癌患者外周血单个核细胞hTERT基因表达在诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的人端粒酶反转录酶(hTERT)基因的表达水平对于肺癌的诊断意义.方法采用RT-PCR定量检测中国医科大学第二临床学院干诊科2002-03～2005-02 30例肺癌住院患者及15名正常人外周血单个核细胞的hTERT的基因表达水平.结果肺癌患者和正常对照组的hTERT mRNA的吸光度值分别为0.906±0.112,0.407±0.104.两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论定量测定PBMCs的hTERT mRNA的表达水平是诊断肺癌患者的有效方法.Objective To investigate the significance of the expression levels of humans telomerase reverse transcriptase （hTERT） gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with lung cancer patients, Methods From Mar, 2002 to Feb.2005, the expression levels of hTERT were detected in 30 lung cancer patients and 15 normal humans by quantitative measurement with RT - PCR, Results The expression levels of hTERT rnRNA in lung cancer patients （0. 906±0.112） were significant as compared with those health controls （0. 407 ± 0.104）. Conclusion It is effective to diagnose lung cancer by the quantitative measurement with RT- PCR for the expression levels of hTERT mRNA.
