光电容积描记图对下肢静脉倒流性疾病的诊断价值(附50例临床分析)

摘　　要：对50例病人，59条病肢行光电容积描记图（PPG）检测。44条病肢为原发性深静脉辩膜功能不全（DVI），15条为单纯性大隐静脉曲张，无损伤检查的PPG检测结果与静脉造影一致。采用膝上气压止血带方法可以将中度以上的DVI与单纯性大隐静脉曲张和轻度DVI加以鉴别，为下肢静脉倒流性疾病的诊断、术式的选择提供一种正确客观的功能性诊所依据。44 lower limbs with prlmary deep yenous insufficiency(DVI) and 15 with simple saphenous varicosity in 50 patients were examined by photoplethysm0graphy (PPG) and venography. The results of the noninvasive measurement, PPG, were the same as the venography. Application of pneumatic tourniquet above the knee together with PPG could differentiate DVI above moderate degree from simple saphenous varicosity and DVI of mild degree.This measurement provides an objective functional base of the diagnosis and of choosing different opelative tech-nlques in venous reflux diseases of lower extremity.
