摘 要:为了克服不确定性变化的时延影响,基于互联网的过程控制系统的动态性能,在传统的控制系统结构中设计了带时延预测器的网络时延补偿环节.该时延预测器采用AR模型对互联网的传输时延进行在线预测,仿真结果表明在时延变化不太剧烈、稳定性比较好的情况下,有85.3%的时延预测值预测误差在5%以内,利用AR模型取得了很好的预测效果.通过基于互联网的水箱控制系统实验表明:采用该网络时延补偿环节既能保证控制系统的稳定性,又能缩短控制系统稳定的调节时间和减少超调量,改善控制系统的动态性能.A time-delay compensator was designed based on traditional control system,architecture to overcome the uncertain transmission time-delay influencing the dynamic performance of Internet-based process control systems. The autoregressive (AR) model was adopted to implement the time-delay predictor, utilized to predict the dynamic Internet time-delay online. The simulation results showed that the proportion of time-delay prediction values, with prediction error of less 5 %, reached 85.3 % and the AR model can achieve ideal efficacy if time-delay has no variety abnormally. An Internet-based water tank control system was used to demonstrate the validity of the designed time-delay compensator. The experimental results illustrated that the time-delay compensator can maintain the stability of the process of the control system,shorten setting time, and decrease overshoot of the system, to improve dynamic performance of the system markedly.
