新生儿行为神经测定评价抚触治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察抚触对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗效果。方法观察组42例HIE患儿在常规治疗同时予以抚触疗法,对照组32例采用常规疗法,以新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)进行疗效评价。结果轻度HIE两组NBNA评分无显著差异(P>0.05),中、重度HIE两组NBNA评分有显著差异(P<0.05),且观察组体格发育明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。结论抚触治疗新生儿HIE尤其是中、重度患儿疗效理想,NBNA可作为抚触治疗新生儿HIE疗效评价的指标之一。Objective To explore the curative effect of massage on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the former included 42 cases and the latter included 32 cases. The experimental group received both routine treatment and massage discipline, while the control group only received routine treatment. Curative effect was evaluated according to NBNA.Results No significant difference was found in HIE neonates with mild degree between the two groups（P 〉 0.05 ） ,there were significant differences on NBNA scores in HIE neonates with moderate and severe degree between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The height and the weight of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion Massage is particularly effective against HIE, especially in those neonates with moderate and severe degree. NBNA can be used as one of the indicators of curative effect against HIE.
