摘  要:兰州重离子加速器是串列回旋加速器系统,用以加速从氢到氙的重离子。注入回旋加速器真空系统利用了原有油扩散泵。主回旋加速器真空系统是由一台100立方米真空室和一套相应的超高真空系统组成的。本文介绍了主回旋加速器真空系统的设计要求、选取的设备和运行情况。选用的八台BALZERS RKP800低温泵具有总抽速160m2/s,可满足设计气载的要求,在真空室内获得10-6Pa真空.两台PFFE IFER TPH5000涡轮分子泵组成辅助排气系统.另外还有粗抽系统和液氮流程。全系统已于 1986年9月建成并投入运行。其性能满足设计要求.Lanzhou heavy ion cyclotron is a tandem cyclotron system for accelerating heavy ions. It consists of an injector, focusing cyclotron with three spiral sectors converted from an existing 1.5 m classical cyclotron and a main cyclotron, a separated sector cyclotron. The injector uses original oil diffusion pumps temporarily. The main cyclotron requires a uhv cryopumping system. In this paper, describe the design problems and operation of the vacuum system for the main cyclotron. Eight Balzers RKP 800 cryopumps with a combined pumping speed of 160m3/s meet the needs of the estimated gas load so as to produce a pressure of 10-6 Pa in a 100m3 vacuum chamber. The liquid nitrogen required for the shielding of the cryopumpsis supplied by a semi-open circuit connected to a 5m3 tank and 65m transfer line. In addition, an auxilliary pumping system composed or two Pffeifer TPH 5000 turbo-molecular pumps and a roughing pumping system is provided. The vacuum system of the main cyclotron has been built since September 1986. The operation of it is satisfied with the design requirements.
