摘  要:用石墨粉保护电炉加热的方法制备奥氏体基体灰铸铁与镍基合金复合玻璃模具材料,用光镜、显微硬度计、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析仪和万能实验机对复合层及界面的显微组织、显微硬度、成分分布和剪切强度进行了相应的观察和测试。结果表明:奥氏体基体灰铸铁由于碳含量低发生少量的马氏体、贝氏体转变;随着温度的升高,元素的扩散作用加剧,过渡区变宽,剪切强度有增大的趋势,同时,基体对复合层的稀释作用也明显,使复合层的性能下降。The glass mould materials compounded with austenitic matrix gray cast and Ni-base alloy were abstained by using heating process in the electric furnace with the graphite protection. The microstructure, microhardness, distribution of alloying elements and shear strength of the composition coating and interface were observed and tested with optical microscope, microhardness tester, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis and electron universal testing machine respectively. Results show: because of carbon poor little austenitic matrix will change into martensite and bainite ;with the temperature rising, the diffusion of alloying elements is stronger, the transition area is broaden, the shear strength has the tendency of increase. But at the same time, the rate of dilution is increase too, and it can weaken the coating's action.
