摘　　要：目的:建立贞糖康胶囊中齐墩果酸溶出度的测定方法。方法:以紫外-可见分光光度法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果:该方法测定贞糖康胶囊中齐墩果酸的平均回收率为96.23%,RSD为0.8%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为质控的辅助指标。Objective- To establish a method of determining the dissolution in Zhentangkang capsule by UVvisible spectrophotometry for Oleanolic acid. Method- UV-visible spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the dissolution of Oleanolic acid in Zhentangkang capsule. Result- The average recoverry is 96.23%,RSD=0.8% （n=5）. Conclusion- The method is simple and accurate, which be Used one of supplementary indexes for quality control.
