新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平与代谢综合征的关系

摘　　要：目的研究新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂联素水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定140例新诊断T2DM患者与80例查体非糖尿病者空腹血清脂联素浓度,同时测定血糖、血脂、血压,分析各指标与血清脂联素的相关性。结果①T2DM患者血清脂联素水平显著降低。②T2DM患者MS患病率显著增高。③随着MS组分的增多,脂联素含量均呈下降趋势。④DM组中血清脂联素与MS、男性、体重指数呈负相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关。结论血清脂联素浓度与MS密切相关,低脂联素血症是MS的又一特征,在其发病中可能起重要的作用。Objective To study the correlation between adiponectin concentration and metabolic syndrome in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients. Methods 140 newly-diagnosed T2DM and 80 non-diabetic volunteers from health examination were studied. The serum concentration of adiponectin was determined by ELISA. Blood glucose and lipid profiles were determined by proper methods. The correlation of serum adiponectin and other facts was analyzed. Results ①The levels of serum adiponectin were significantly decreased in DM group compared with control group. ②The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in DM group was higher compared with control group. ③Adiponectin level was decreased with the increasing number of markers of metabolic syndrome. ④Adiponectin level was correlated negatively with MS, maleness, and BMI,and positively with HDL-C in DM group. Conchtsion Adiponectin level is significantly associated with metabolic syndrome.Hypoadiponectin could be, at least, an additional feature of the metabolic syndrome and may play an important role.
