心脏外科术后并发急性非结石性胆囊炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心脏外科术后急性非结石性胆囊炎的病因、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾手术后出现急性非结石性胆囊炎12例的临床资料,并结合文献进行分析。结果12例中,10例接受手术治疗,2例保守治疗;死亡5例,存活7例。结论心脏外科术后急性非结石性胆囊炎起病隐匿,死亡率高,早期诊断、早治疗是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。Objective To analysis the cause of acute acalculous cholecystitis（AAC）,and discuss the diagnosis.treatment and prognosis of AAC. Methods 12 cases of AAC which were treated were analysis retrospectively. Results Among 12 patients, 10 patients were given operations, and two other were given medical treatment. Of them 7 were cured and 5 died. Conclusion The signs of AAC after cardiac surgery were vague, and the mortality of which was high. Correctly diagnosis must be get early, and the early operation is the most effective method.
