摘　　要：总结16例胃大部切除术后胃瘫病人的护理经验,认为进行换位思考,采取“一对一”的方式进行心理疏导;呕吐时给予细致体贴的照顾,呕吐不止时给予足三里穴位注射胃复安;术后持续胃肠减压;给予高渗温盐水洗胃;营养支持;药物不良反应的观察及护理;饮食指导等:是保证胃动力恢复的关键所在。This paper summarizes nursing experience of 16 patients with gastroplegia after gastrectomy, Nurses should lead the patients mentally with the method of “one for one” and provide careful nursing at the time of vomiting, When patients vomit continually,a medicine called Weifu＇an should be injected at the point of Tsusanli. After operation, decompression should be continually carried out, hypertonic saline should be provided for gastrolavage, nutrition support; observation and nursing after using drugs should also be provided, All these mentioned above are the keys to recover gastric dynamics.
