手助腹腔镜下门脉高压症脾切除门奇断流术患者的护理

摘　　要：笔者报道手助腹腔镜脾切除门奇断流术患者的护理体会。术前做好心理护理、皮肤及呼吸道准备,术后做好生命体征监测、疼痛护理及引流管观察,预防术后出血、肺部感染、皮下气肿及肩背部酸痛等并发症的护理。认为做好术前准备,术后预防并发症的发生,对患者术后康复十分重要。The author analyzed the nursing of patients undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery and the experiences, Betore operation, it is necessary to make preparation of mental nursing, skin and respiratory tract. After operation, it is important to enhance the monitor of vital signs, the nursing of pain and the observation of drain in order to prevent the complication of hemorrhage, lung infection, subcutaneous venis and omalgi. It is important for the recovery of patients to make pre-operative preparation and prevent the complication.
