摘　　要：报道脑脊液置换治疗26例新型隐球菌脑膜炎患者的护理体会。认为脑脊液置换是治疗本病的重要手段,防治脑疝是治疗成功的关键;加强脑脊液置换护理,做好疼痛护理,密切观察两性霉素B的不良反应,严防中毒,同时做好饮食护理、心理护理和基础护理等。This paper discussed the experiences on nursing 26 patients with new-type cryptococcus meningitis. It is an important measure of the treatment to substitute cerebrospinal fluid, and it is the key of successful treatment to prevent cerebral hernia. Nursing measures also includes the improvement of nursing of cerebrospinal fluid substitution and pain, the close observation of poisonous adverse reaction caused by amphotericin to prevent empoison. At the same time, diet nursing, mental nursing and basic nursing are also important.
