鼻渊舒加强力稀化粘素治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎

摘　　要：目的观察鼻渊舒及强力稀化粘素联合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法4～16岁年龄组的慢性鼻窦炎患儿140例,随机分为治疗组(鼻渊舒加强力稀化粘素)80例,对照组60例。两组患儿均给予抗生素控制感染,抗组胺药缓解过敏的症状,鼻窦置换及低浓度鼻黏膜血管收缩剂滴鼻,治疗组在以上治疗基础上加服鼻渊舒口服液及强力稀化粘素胶囊,疗效为14天。结果治疗组的显效率为81.2%,对照组为48.3%。结论两种药物与常规疗法相结合,对于无严重的鼻腔鼻窦解剖结构异常的单纯型少年儿童鼻窦炎有明显疗效,可作为长期及常规的辅助用药。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a therapy combined Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid （NROL） with Gelomyrtol Forte （GMF） on chroinc sinusitis among children. Methods One hundred and forty cases with chronic sinusitis,aged 4-16 years, were randomly divided into two grouips,with 80 in treating group（TG） treated by the combined therapy with NROL and GMF plus routine antibiotics, anti-histamine drugs, negative pressure displacement therapy and vasoconstrictor nasal drops at a lower concentration, and 60 in controlling one（CG） treated by the same procedures as that for TG other than the use of NROL and GMF. The therapy was lasted for 14 days for all the cases in either group. Then, the therapeutic effects were compared with each other. Results The significantly effective rate was 81. 2% for cases in TG,obviously higher than that of 48. 3% for those in CG. Conclusions Combined use of NROL and GMF plus routine therapy should be much more effective for the treatment of chronic sinusitis among children without severe abnormalities in the anatomy of nasal cavity and/or sinuses and can be taken as auxiliary drugs used for a longer period.
