摘  要:目的利用血氧水平依赖(blood oxygenation level dependent,BOLD)功能磁共振成像技术(BOLD-fMRI以下简称fM- RI)观察正常人视觉中枢激活体积,探讨fMRI定量分析对揭示视觉中枢激活特点的应用价值。方法17例正常人在双眼同步光刺激和戴镜但不予光刺激两种模式下分别进行视觉中枢fMRI研究。结果戴镜不予光刺激14例激活体积恒定为105 mm3, 而3例激活体积明显大于105mm3,二者激活部位基本一致。结论戴镜不予光刺激的情况下激活区激活体积比较恒定可能为系统噪声所致,但少数激活体积较大者可能为想象引起的视皮质激活。Objective Bold oxygenation level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) was used to observe the activated volumes of visual cortex of normal subjects and to investigate value of the quantitative analysis. Methods 17 normal volunteers took fMRI in two ways of both eyes' stimulating and no light stimulating. Results No light stimulation is rather different with both eyes' stimulating modes( P 〈 0.05 ). A fixed value 105 mm^3 was retained in the way of no light stimulation in 14 cases, but just only 3 cases' activated volumes is far larger than 105 mm^3 . The activated locations of two modes is similar. Conclusion The activated volumes constantly holding 105 mm^3 at the situation of no light stimulation may be resulted from the systematic noises, but the distinct activated volumes exceeding 105 mm^3 may be evoked by imagination.
