芪苓解浊颗粒剂治疗解脲脲原体感染的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芪苓解浊颗粒剂治疗解脲脲原体感染的作用机理及临床意义。方法102例男性患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西药组,分别于治疗前后观测患者临床主症积分、外周血T细胞亚群水平及NK细胞活性,并与20例健康者对照。结果中药组有效率为73.3%,与西药组疗效相当(76.7%);而中西药组为95.2%,明显高于前两组。中药组与中西药组均能明显提高患者外周血CD3+,CD4+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞活性,但西药组无显著变化。结论芪苓解浊颗粒能提高患者机体细胞免疫功能,适用于UU感染的治疗,且与美尔力胶囊具有协同作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism and clinical significance of the prescription QilingJieZhuo granule（QIJZG） on Ureaplasma Urealytieum（UU） infection. Methods 102 male patients with Urethal and genital tract UU infection were divided into three groups randomly ： QLJZ.granule group （ 30 ） , MeiErLi （MEL） capsule group （ 30 ） , QLJZ granule plus MEL capsule group（42）. Each group had been given a 15 days course. In ordet to evaluate the cellular immunity,the T lymphocyte subgroup and the natural killer cell activity（ NK cell ） were tested before and after treatment, 20 normal controls were tested as well,acting as heahhy group. Results The study indieated that the levels of NK cells, CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ percentage and CD4^ ＋/CD8 ^＋ ratio of patients were lower than that of the healthy group significantly;The total effective percentage of QLJZ granule plus MEL capsule group was 95.2% , which is significantly higher than that of QLJZ granule group （73.3%） and MEL capsule group（76.7% ）. The percentage of CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ ,C1）4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ ratio and the level of NK cells in three treatment groups were siginificantly improved after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. but the MEL capsule group showed no significant difference, Conclusion QLJZ granule could improve the cellular immunologic function of patients with NGU （urethral and genital tract UU infection）, The combined treating of QIJZ granule and MEL capsule have better curative effect than that of solar QLJZ granule or MEL capsule.
