摘  要:真空热处理炉能否好用的关键是工件传送机构运动必须可靠,能够满足动作要求和运动的时间要求。这是设计真空炉应考虑的中心思想。本文首先分析用于真空热处理淬火炉中料筐(装工件的筐)的各种传动机构的优缺点,并综合国外最近生产的淬火炉工件传动机构,我们认为气压传动很有发展前途。气压传动结构简单,没有污染,成本低。运动速度快.运动速度可以无级调速.而且活塞在开始运动和终了端有缓冲,无噪音, 运动非常可靠。由于气动元件现在已经进行标准化生产带来成本低。质量好。所以本文 对于气动传动元件选择,运动时活塞推拉力的计算进行比较详细的研究讨论,并根据实 验结果写出计算公式。The key whether the function of vacuum heat treatment furnace is good or not is whether the workpiece transport is reliable, and meet the requirements of the movement and its time. This is the key point for the design of vacuum furnace. In this paper, the advantages and defects of various transport of material carrier (carring the workpieces) for the vacuum heat quenching furnace is analysed and summarized the workpieces transport of quenching furnace which were produced recently abroad. The pneumatic transport is considered to be greatly developed. Simple structure, noncontaminant, low cost, fast speed. its speed can be adjusted without step, there is damping function for the piston when it starts to move or to stop, no-noise, reliable movement. Now the production of the pneumatic parts is standardized, so that its cost is low, quality is good. Therefore on the selection of the pneumatic parts and the calculation of pushing and pulling forces of piston while moving, the detail discussion is described and the computing formula is given in accordance with the experimental results.
