摘  要:平原区三水转化关系强烈,由地表水和地下水形成了统一的水资源系统。本文研究分析了基于费用准则和供水量准则的地表水与地下水联合调控模型,以合理开发、优化调度本区的水资源,充分发挥该区地表水库和地下含水层空间的联合调蓄作用,提高水资源的利用率,达到最佳的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益。In the plain area, the water resources exchange closely. A unitive water resources system has been built up with the surface water and groundwater. Based on the criterion of the expenses and water supply, this paper studies the controlling model for conjunctive operation of surface water and groundwater,with which we can optimize the water resources with reasonable development, give a full play to the union regulation and control function of the reservoir between surface and underground reservoir, improve the using rate of the water resources, and achieve an optimal benefit of society, environment and economy.
