益气健脾方药对D-半乳糖拟衰小鼠自由基代谢及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气健脾方药对D-半乳糖(D-gal)所致衰老小鼠自由基代谢及免疫功能的影响。方法采用D-gal复制衰老及脑老化小鼠模型。测定衰老小鼠血清、心、肝组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性;心、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐素(LPF)水平;血清白介素-2(IL-2)及胸腺指数,并观察益气健脾方药对上述指标的影响。结果益气健脾方药能明显提高血清、心、肝组织中T-SOD的活性,降低心、肝组织MDA和肝组织LPF含量,并提高血清IL-2含量和胸腺指数。结论抑制脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化酶活性,改善免疫功能可能是益气健脾方药延缓衰老的作用机制之一。Objective To explore The effect of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen recipe on free radical metabolism and immune function of aging mice induced by D-gal. Methods Total superoxide dismutase（T-SOD） activity in serum, heart and liver tissue, malondialdehyde（MDA） and lipofuscin（LPF） levels in heart and liver tissue, and serum IL-2 and thymus indexes were determined in aging mice model induced by D-gal. The effect of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen recipe on＇the above indexes was observed. Results The replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen recipe could significantly increase the T-SOD activity in serum, heart and liver tissue; decrease MDA content in heart and liver and LPF content in liver; enhance serum IL-2 content and thymus indexes. Conclusions To inhibit lipid peroxidation, increase activity of antioxidase and improve immune function might be one of mechanisms of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen recipe against aging.
