摘 要:介绍了华中科技大学在小批量大型复杂金属件的快速铸造技术方面最新的一些研究和应用成果,主要包括高分子粉末材料及其熔模、覆膜树脂砂材料及其砂型和型芯、制作大型复杂熔模的快速成形设备及其熔模的精密铸造工艺。采用上述研究成果成功地铸造出了一系列大型复杂的金属件,与传统方法相比,开发时间和成本大幅度降低。The latest research results on rapid casting technology for small-batch metal parts with large-scale complex size, which are developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China, are introduced. These research results mainly include the polymer powder for investment casting mould, the sand coated resin for casting sand module, the rapid prototyping machine for the fabrication of large-scale complex investment casting mould, and the casting process of the investment casting. A series of large-scale complex metal parts are made successfully using the above-mentioned research results, compare with some traditional methods, which indicates that the method presented in this paper has such advantages that the time and cost for the development of a new product greatly reduce.
