摘 要:含氧化锌的氢氧化钾溶液中加入缓蚀剂金属的氧化物(PbO和Bi2O3),70℃下进行电解,制得锌合金粉;然后将该锌合金粉与一定量的铟混合,在氮气氛中加热,使锌粉表面覆上一层铟而制得适于无汞碱锰电池用的无汞锌合金粉。最佳工艺条件为:加铟量0.10%(质量百分数),加铟温度180℃,加铟时间3h。实验表明,此方法制得的表面覆In的含Pb、Bi的无汞锌合金粉能在相当程度上降低锌粉的析气量。在测试条件下,析气量能降低到0.10mL·g-1·d-1。另外,组装了LR6型无汞碱性锌锰电池,研究了锌粉类型对电池放电性能的影响,结果显示,自制表面覆In的含Pb、Bi的无汞锌合金粉组装的电池其放电性能与进口锌粉组装的电池不相上下。A process for preparing mercury-free zinc alloy powder for mercury-free alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery,comprised firstly electrolyzing an admixture of aqueous potassium hydroxide of zinc oxide and the oxide of the inhibitor metals (including PbO and Bi2O3)and then admixing the zinc alloy powder prepared with a predetermined amount of indium and heating a mixture of the zinc alloy powder with indium in an atmosphere of nitrogen gas for the purpose of coating the zinc alloy powder with indium.The optimal technology conditions as follows:the amount of indium added was 0.10% by weight,the temperature of adding indium was 180 ~C ,the time of adding indium was 3 h.It was found that the mercury-free zinc alloy powder prepared by the process could reduce the generation of the gases to a great extent,and hydrogen gas evolution volume could be decreased to 0.10 mL· g^-1·d^-1 in testing conditions.In addition, LR 6 mercury-free alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery was assembled and the effect of typies of zinc powder on the discharge performance of battery was investigated,the results show that discharge performance of the battery assembled with self-made zinc powder is comparable to that of the battery assembled with import zinc powder.
