摘　　要：国内学者在介绍日本学者提出的双向排序均衡法时,从来都没有注明使用这种方法的前提条件。本文通过对双向排序均衡法进行项目评价的前提条件的说明,对该方法的有效性提出了质疑,认为双向均衡排序法实际上是一种错误的评价方法,在有些项目的评价中会给出错误的结论。When introducing the proportional method of bidirectional compositor brought forward by the Japanese scholars, our country＇s scholars never explain the precondition for using the method. On the basis of explaining the precondition of the method in the project evaluation, this paper queries the validity of this method and thinks the proportional method of bidirectional compositor in fact is a wrong evaluation method. This method may give the incorrect conclusion in evaluating some investment projects.
