摘 要:在介绍上海SECCO工程项目给水系统基本概况的基础上,具体分析了该工程中为实现水的回用所采取的3种水处理技术:①循环水高浓缩倍数技术提高循环水总量;②双介质过滤器-活性炭吸附技术对回用水进行处理制备除盐水;③活性炭吸附-混床处理回收生产过程中的冷凝液。上述技术投用后,可节约新鲜水用量470m3/h,回收中水和冷凝液534m3/h,减少系统排污量454m3/h。On the basis of briefing of the general situation of the water supply system in SECCO process in Shanghai, the following three techniques for water treatment to reuse the waste water were analyzed: ① high enrichment times technique for recycling water to improve its total quantity;②the technique which coupled active carbon adsorption with fiher with two medias to prepare desahed water from mid-water;③the technique which combined active carbon adsorption with mixed bed to recycle the condensed water during the production process. Fresh water can be saved by 470 m^3/h, mid-water and condensed water recycled by 534 m^3/h,and sewage reduced by 454 m^3/h after the techniques above mentioned are adopted.
