摘　　要：指出了填料塔技术大型化存在的主要问题,介绍了由天津大学开发的、应用在大型填料塔中的新型填料(双向波纹填料)和槽盘式气液分布器、环流式进气初始分布器等塔内件的结构,以及大型填料塔技术的成功工业应用实例。The primary problems existing in industrializing pack columns are pointed out, the new structured packing （ double-direction ripple packing） and column-inner-parts such as tank-disc liquid distributor and annular flow-typed air inlet distributor developed by Tianjin University are introduced in details with emphasis on the successful applications of large-scale packed column in industry.
