摘　　要：目的:介绍口服缓/控释药物制剂技术的研究进展。方法:查阅近几年国内外文献报道,进行分析、归纳。结果:该技术正发展成为3种各具特点又相互结合的技术,即定位释放技术、定时释放技术和定速释放技术。结论:研究口服缓/控释药物制剂技术,对提高药物疗效、开展临床药学研究、推动医药科研和制药工业的发展具有重要的意义。Objective： To introduce the development of technology of oral sustained/controlled release preparations. Methods： To analyse and generalize the relevant domestic and international literature in recent years. Results： The technology of oral sustained/controlled release preparations is developing zero-order release technology, site- controlled release technology and time-controlled release technology, which not only have their own characters but also have been combined efficiently. Conclusion： It is meaningful to study the technology of oral sustained/controlled release preparations for raising medicine curative effect, developing research on clinical medicine, promoting the development of medicine research and pharmacy industry.
