高效液相色谱法测定肾病Ⅰ号颗粒中牛蒡苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立肾病Ⅰ号颗粒中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ProntosilEurobondC18柱(4.6mm×125mm,5μm)流动相为甲醇-水(1∶1.1),检测波长为280nm。结果:牛蒡苷线性范围为2.10～10.51μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.28%,RSD=0.32%(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于肾病Ⅰ号颗粒的质量控制。Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of arctiin in Shenbing Ⅰ granule. Methods： HPLC was used to determine the content of arctiin in Shenbing Ⅰ granule. The separation was performed on Prontosil Eurobond C18 column with methanol-water（1： 1.1）as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was at 280 nm. Results： Arctiin showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 2. 10 - 10. 51μg（ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.28%, RSD =0. 32% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and can he used to control the quality of Shenbing Ⅰ granule.
