摘 要:目的:以丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ为主要材料,优选雷公藤双层片的制备工艺。方法:分别对双层片速释部分、缓释部分辅料进行筛选,通过正交设计试验,以体外溶出度测定优化处方和工艺。结果:雷公藤双层片优选的制备工艺条件为速释部分以淀粉及CaCO3为辅料、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)为黏合剂制备,缓释部分以聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)、糊精、丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ制备,缓释与速释层药物比例为7∶3,丙烯酸树脂用量10%,制片压力3~5kg/cm2等。制备的雷公藤双层片具良好的缓释性能,在2,5,10h药物释放分别达到20%~40%,40%~65%,75%以上。结论:优选的工艺条件适合于雷公藤双层片的制备。Objective: To study the preparation procedure of the Radix Tripterygjun Wilfordii double-deck tablets, and Eudragit L Ⅱ was prepared as the main material. Methods: The orthogonal design was applied to optimize the prescription and preparation formulation with respect to the release rate by selecting the excipients of rapid- release part and slow-release part. Results: The tablets with starch and CaCO3 as exeipients and HPC as adhesives were prepared rapid- release part. The dispersoid which was made up of PEG 6000, dextrin, Eudragit L H was further manufactured into tablets which were applied to prepared slow-release part. The proportion of the drug was 7:3 in the decks of rapid-release and slow- release. The additive of Eudragit L Ⅱ was 10%. The press of preparation was 3-5 kg/cm^2. The slow-release ability of Radix Tripterygjun Wilfordii double-deck tablets was good. The release rate reached 20% -40% ,40% -60%, above 70%, at 2 h, 5 h and 10 h, respectively. Conclusion: The optimized factors were applicable to prepare the product.
