摘　　要：文章针对跨地区的中小企业的动态联盟和网络制造特点,提出了基于Web与COM/DCOM技术模具异地协同设计系统的体系结构,对分布式PDM数据管理系统进行了深入研究。系统采用C/A/S三层网络协议逻辑结构,并对异地协同设计系统的模块化结构进行了设计。为了在协同开发平台中实现设计与仿真工具的系统集成,以及方便网络环境下的数据交换,系统采用了基于组件的程序设计方法,并应用Windows平台,采用了COM技术规范;在客户端工具软件的外层进行基于中介(Agent)代理技术的封装,为分布异构环境中的不同产品开发软件资源提供相互操作的基础结构;产品协同开发中,数据类型复杂,数据交换、变化频繁,因此系统采用了分布式动态数据管理技术。在深入研究上述关键技术的基础上,文章开发了模具异地协同设计原型系统nbcDPDM。通过初步应用实践,表明该系统能有效地支持模具的异地协同设计。In this paper, it is proposed the architecture of die and mould distributed collaborative design system based on Web and COM/DCOM technique, which aimed at the characteristics of dynamic alliance of the small and medium size enterprise and networked manufacturing , And distributed PDM data management system is studied deeply. This system used C/A/S three layers network logical structure and modularization structure for distributed collaborative design System. For realizing integrated system between design and emulation tools in collaborative exploiture workplace and making data-exchange convenient under net-circumstance, the system used program based on groupware and Windows workplace and COM technology criterion , and did the Agent Technology encapsulation in the outer layer of the client tool software to supply co-operated basal structure for different software resources of product development in different circumstances, and used distributed dynamic data management technology because of complicated data types and frequent data exchange and change in the product collaborative development. After deep studying all above key technique, this paper supposed prototype system of die and mould distributed collaborative design - nbcDPDM. By elementary applying , the result showed that this system could support model distributed collaborative design availably .
