摘 要:为配合卷板设备数控系统的研制和对卷板工艺过程进行优化,建立了三辊数控卷板成形过程的弹塑性大变形接触问题的有限元模型系统。系统研究了卷板过程的机理,建立了卷板模拟的弹塑性大变形有限元方程,研究了系统中单元的选取,接触边界条件的处理。根据该模型可对卷板过程中各几何控制参数和成形结果之间的关系进行精确计算。在此基础上开发了相应的有限元程序。计算实例证明了该系统的精确性和可靠性,为制定和优化卷板工艺过程提供了依据。Plate bending process is widely employed in ocean engineering and aviation industries. To cooperate with the development of the numerieal control system of plate bending and to optimize the process, the deform law of this process has been studied. The key problems concerned with FEM simulation system, sueh as element selection, eontaet boundary eondition are studied. An FEM simulation system is developed for the three-roller numerieal eontrul plate bending process base on the above research. The iustanees indieate the accuracy of this system. It provides a basis for the design and optimization of the plate bending process.
