摘 要:文章阐述了为提高立式车床的工作能力,针对鞍钢机械制造总公司灵山机械厂SKJ50—100B型立式车床所进行的改造设计,通过采用卸荷装置提高立式车床的承载能力;并应用有限元法分析了立式车床卸荷装置中横梁和工作台在载荷作用下应力变化情况和强度。该立式车床的成功改造,使其工作能力大幅度提高,扩大了其应用范围,满足了生产的需要,创造了较大的经济效益。In order to improve the working performance of a vertical lathe, the reconstruction design was done on SK150-100B which is a vertical lathe in Lingshan Mechanical Factory of Anshan Iron and Steel Group. The unloading equipment is used to improve the loading capacity of the Vertical Lathe. Besides, the discussion is given about the stress change result and strength of the beam and platform in the vertical lathe unloading mechanism with the application of the finite element method. With the success of the reconstruction, the working performance of the vertical lathe is improved and the application is wider. Also, what is done makes the production better and has a good economic result.
