微型腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术的临床应用(附58例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术方法和临床价值。方法回顾性分析2002年4月-2005年3月58例应用微型腹腔镜器械、自制缝合针行小儿腹没沟斜疝内环口缝扎术的临床资料。结果完成手术平均用时18min,术后恢复顺利,无复发。结论应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全有效,操作简单,损伤小,优于传统高位结扎术。Objective： To explore the method and the clinical practice of microlaparoscopic treatment for indguinal hernias in children. Mehtods：The clinical data of 58 cases of inguinal hernias were operated on using microlaparoscopic instruments a special needle were reviewell. Results： All the procrdures were completell successfully with mean operation time of 18 minutes without severe complication and recurrence. Conclusions： The treutment of indirect inguinal hernias in children using the microlaparoscopic technique is simple safe, with least injury. The advantages are greate than those with open techniques.
