摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜胆总管探查的临床价值。方法分析32例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者运用腹腔镜下胆囊切除同时胆总管切开取石术的临床资料。结果32例胆石症患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,其中经胆囊管探查6例,14例行胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术,12例行胆总管T型管引流术,术后无严重并发症。结论腹腔镜下胆总管探查术治疗胆囊结石并胆管结石技术上是安全的,可行的。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration （LCBDE）. Mehtods： The clinical data of 32 cases of common bile duct stones with gallbladder stones dealed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration was analyzed retrospectively. Results： All operations of 32 cases succeeded in laparascopic technique. 6 cases of those were explored through cystic duct. 14 cases of those were performed laparoscopic choledochotomy and primary suture of common bile duct. 12cases of those were performed with laparascopic cholecystectomy, and laparoscopic choledo chostomy with T-tubedrainage. No severe complication occurred. Conclusions： The laparoscopic common bile duct exploration treating cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis is safe and feasible technically.
