摘  要:本文对灿粳(亚种)杂交稻赣化7号(5460/广抗粳2号)每穗枝粳、颖花分化、退化、结实等穗部性状进行了研究,结果表明:在不同肥料配施(简称施肥法,下同)条件下,赣化7号每穗颖花分化总数为233.7~281.7朵,退化数和退化率分别为24.0~46.4朵/穗和10.1%~18.7%,高低相差近二倍,每穗枝梗、颖花退化数、退化率与抽穗期每朵颖花占有干物重(mg/朵)呈显著的线性负相关或不显著负相关。枝梗颖花结实率、以及其上、中、下部枝梗颖花结实率与抽穗期每朵颖花占有干物重呈显著性正相关。保花肥的施用,能增加抽穗期叶片含氮量和单株干物质积累量,减少枝梗、颖花退花数,降低退化率,提高颖花结实粒和产量水平。In this paper, the branch,spikelet and seed-setting rate in the indica-japonicahybrid rice″5406S/Guang Kang Jing2″ were studied,Results showed that under differentfertilizations differentiated spikelets per pancile ranged from 223.7~281.7.And retrograded spikeletsper panicle and rate differ greatly, ranfing from 24.0~46.4 and 10.1~18.7%。The maximum ofretrograded spikelets and rate were nearly double the minimum,Retrograded branch number,retrograded spikelet number and rate were inversely related to the ratio of dry matter at heading todifferentiated spikelets at the 0. 05 level of probability. The seed-setting rate of the upper,middle,lower branches and branchers per panicle were directly related to the ratio of dry matter at heading todifferentiated spikelets at the 0.05 or 0.01 level of probability. If fertilizer was used at bootingporiod, retrograded branch spikelet number and rate would be decreased, and the leaf nitrogencontent,weight of dry matter at heading, seed-setting rate and yield level would be increased.
