摘  要:从时间分辨漫射方程出发推导了混浊介质中光子的程长概率分布函数,研究了平均程长、最可几程长与组织光学特性参数以及光源检测器之间的距离的关系。结果显示,约化散射系数对程长分布的影响要大于吸收系数的影响;平均程长在整个范围内与光源检测器之间的距离呈现良好的线性关系;而最可几程长在光源检测器之间的距离较大时与其呈线性关系。蒙特卡罗模拟结果显示与理论计算结果吻合。A possibility distribution for photon path-length in turbid media is derived from the analytical solution of time resolved diffusion equation. And subsequently, mean path-length, path-length of maximum probability are investigated as a function of tissue optical properties and source-detector separation respectively. It is found that reduced scattering coefficient has a greater influence on path-length distribution than absorption coefficient, and mean path-length is in linearity relation with source-detector separation in its whole range, whereas path-length of maximum probability is in linearity relation with source-detector separation only in case of large source-detector separation. Monte Carlo simulations have shown good agreements with theoretical analysis。
