摘　　要：用放射性同位素源Am-241激发萃取分离过程的轻稀土样品La、Ce、Pr和Nd,样品经放射源激发后产生特征KX-射线和康普顿散射线,由固体探测器接收,多道能谱仪分析和处理特征KX-射线和康普顿散射线,确定总稀土浓度和各稀土元素含量,实现轻稀土分量和总量的在线同时测定。Light lanthanide sample from La-Nd extraction process contains La, Ce, Pr and Nd. After exciting with radioactive isotope ^241Am,the sample produces characteristic K X-rays and Compton scattering. They are captured and analyzed by a solid detector and multichannel analyzer to give the concentration of total and individual lanthanide. This process allows on-line analysis of the total and individual amount of lanthanide simultaneously.
