增产丙烯助剂LPI-1的工业应用

摘　　要：LPI-1是催化裂化增产丙烯助剂,该助剂使用改性ZSM-5择形分子筛选择性裂化轻油中的烯烃和烷烃,提高对丙烯的选择性,达到增产丙烯的目的。经工业催化裂化装置的应用结果表明:LPI-1约占催化裂化系统藏量5%时,可使催化裂化装置的丙烯收率提高1.02个百分点以上,总液收基本保持不变。使LPI-1增产丙烯助剂后,装置的经济效益有明显提高。LPI-1 is a catalytic cracking additive increasing production of propylene.By using a molecule screen,the additive cracks alkene and alkane in light oil selectively and improves the selection of propylene to increase production of propylene.Practical application results show that when LPI-1 is about 5% of catalytic cracking system storage volume,propylene recovery rate of the catalytic cracking unit can be increased over 1.02 percentage while the whole liquid recovery does not change.Application of the additive increasing production of propylene increases economical benefit obviously.
