细胞覆盖法在鸡传染性法氏囊病活疫苗生产中的应用

摘　　要：在利用细胞培养法制备鸡传染性法氏囊病活疫苗的过程中,采用细胞覆盖的方法,即在细胞单层形成后在接毒的同时再加入适量的细胞悬液进行细胞覆盖,可以在不增加鸡胚使用量的前提下,保证细胞单层的致密程度,提高半成品毒液的毒价,并且使细胞的特异性病变明显提前,进而缩短生产周期。In this article, a cell covering method was developed in the preparation of avian infectious bursal disease living vaccine. That is, mixing a amount of cell suspension and virus for about 30 minutes, and then adding the mixture to the cell monolayer. By this way, it can not increase the amount of embryo, but can guarantee the cell monolayer＇s compactness, improve the virutence of semi-manufacture, and shorten the production cycle.
