摘　　要：采用Agilent公司强大的可视化编程软件HPVEE搭建射频仪器测试系统。通过加强系统集成、调试、结构化程序设计、文件记录以及数据输出,简化测试开发程序,提高测试设备的自动化程度。同时利用ActiveX控件自动实现HPVEE(HPVisualEngineeringEnvironment)与数据库、电子表格以及文字处理软件之间的无缝链接。A radio frequency instrument testing system based on the poweful visual programming sortware HPVEE of agilent is proposed. It simplifies test development and automates instrument configuration with enhancement of performance system integration, debugging, structured program design, documentation and presentation of information. It provides activeX control for seamless automation links between HPVEE and other applications such as databases, spreadsheets, and word processors. radio frequency instrument testing system, direct I/O, panel driver, plug ＆ play driver
