摘　　要：在分析我国电力信息化发展对厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的实际需求的基础上,具体论述了SIS的系统架构以及厂级监控系统(SIS)与管理信息系统(MIS)的连接方式,指出SIS和MIS应采用独立的网络进行连接以提高安全性和可靠性。同时还讨论了SIS中各项具体功能。分析了国内的SIS发展现状,为电厂开展SIS建设提出了建议。Based on an analysis of the actual need of supervisory information system（SIS） in power information development in China,this paper discusses system structures of SIS and its connection mode with management information system（MIS） in detail.It was suggested that the network of SIS and MIS should be separately connected to improve security and reliability.Also specific functions in SIS are described.And it analyses the development of SIS on power plant at home.
