摘  要:为解决镁合金传统化学镀镍方法工艺复杂、不适用于铝含量较高的镁合金以及使用氰化物、废液需处理等问题,研究了在AZ91D镁合金表面直接化学镀镍的工艺。介绍了工艺流程、溶液成分和工艺参数,用SEM观察了镀层与基体的结合情况、镀层表面形貌,并测试了镀层的硬度、结合力和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,所得镀层平整、光亮、致密,与基体结合牢固,可有效保护镁合金免遭腐蚀。The lectroless nickel plating process used for the surface of AZ91D Mg alloy was studied in order to solve problems of conventional Mg alloy electroless nickel-plating such as process complexity ,inapplicability to Mg alloy with high Al content,liquid waste disposal if using cyanide and so on.The process flow,solution composition and process parameters were introduced.The bonding between plating layer and base body,plating layer surface morphology were observed by SEM,and the hardness,bonding force and corrosion resistance of plating layer were examined.Results showed that a flat,bright,compact plating layer of good bonding with the base metal could be obtained ,which can effectively protect Mg alloy from corrosion.
