摘 要:选LSA树脂吸附分离利巴韦林,上柱溶剂为90%乙醇水溶液,洗脱剂为pH8.5的Na2CO3溶液。该工艺可使利巴韦林的浓度由不到10%浓缩到80%以上,再通过浓缩结晶可得到合格的利巴韦林产品。计算了吸附柱在不同流速下的总传质系数和传质区高度,为吸附器的设计提供了数据。By static and dynamic experiment of resin adsorption, the preferable resin adsorptive separation technology for ribavirin was established. LSA was selected to detach ribavirin and acetamide. In the dynamic experiments, the solvent of adsorption was 90% ethanol and the solvent of desorption was Na2CO3 solution with pH8.5. The velocity, of flow for adsorption was 3.33×10^-4m ·s^- 1 and that of desorption was 2.22×10^-4m·s^- 1. The concentration of ribavirin could be concentrated to over 80% from 10% by the technology. The eligible ribavirin could be produced through crystallization. Further more, KFav and Za were calculated under different velocily of flow, which were the main reference for engineering magnification. The whole technology was simple and useful with no noxious solution.
