摘　　要：文中主要阐述了采用RS(遥感)和GIS(地理信息系统)集成技术建立阜新矿区资源环境监测系统的情况,重点介绍了系统的功能和技术流程。此系统的建立可为阜新矿区环境灾害治理和可持续发展提供翔实的数据,为领导决策提供科学的依据。The paper illustrates the Resources Environmental Monitoring System in Fuxin mining area established with the integrated technique of RS with GIS,a nd highlights especially the function and technological flow sheet of the system . The establishment of the system can provide not only detailed data for environ mental hazard harness and sustained development of Fuxin mining area but also sc ientific reference for leaders when they make decisions.
