摘 要:目的观察全反式视黄酸对肺气肿大鼠肺泡修复和肺功能的影响。方法Sprague-Dawley大鼠48只,随机分为四组:对照组12只,肺气肿组12只采用烟熏加气管内滴入猪胰弹性蛋白酶诱发肺气肿,棉籽油组12只在肺气肿模型诱发成功后用棉籽油1ml/kg腹腔内注射,视黄酸组12只在肺气肿模型诱发成功后用全反式视黄酸500μg/kg腹腔内注射,连续12d后检测各组大鼠的肺功能、血气分析和肺泡形态计量学的变化。结果视黄酸组Cld、FRC/TLC和TLC/WB明显低于肺气肿和棉籽油组,但明显高于对照组(P<0.05),FEV0.3/FVC明显高于肺气肿和棉籽油组,但明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血气分析结果与肺气肿和棉籽油组无明显差异(P>0.05);肺泡形态计量学中平均肺泡数较肺气肿和棉籽油组明显增多,但仍明显低于对照组(P<0.05),平均肺泡面积和平均肺泡内衬间隔明显比肺气肿和棉籽油组降低但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全反式视黄酸促进了肺气肿大鼠肺泡的修复,使肺功能明显改善,但对血气分析无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of all-trans retinoic acid on alveolar repair and pulmonary function in emphysematous rats. Methods Emphysematous Sprague-Dawley rats were induced with cigarette smoking added porcine pancreatic elastase intratracheal instillation and injected intraperitoneally with all-trans retinoic acid 500μg/100g dissolution in cottonseeds oil per day for twelve days. The results of pulmonary function test, artery blood gas analysis and alveolar morphometry of rat were obtained and compared among normal group, emphysematous group, cottonseeds oil treatment group and all-trans retinoic acid treatment group. Results In comparison with emphysernatous group and cottonseeds oil treatment group, all-trans retinoic acid treatment group presents a significant decrease in dynamics lung compliance, FRC/TLC, TLC /WB, mean alveolar area, mean length of intercept and significant increase in FEV0.3/ FVC, mean alveolar number, but no significant changes in artery blood gas analysis. Conclusion All-trans retinoic acid promotes alveolar repair and meliorate pulmonary function, but has no effect on artery blood gas analysis in emphysematous rats.
